Every item is hand-painted to your specifications or, if none are provided, to the artist’s imagination. As such, we need time to paint and cure your new evil smiters, hero munchers, fantastic ships, and incredible eye-catchers.
Please refer to the table below to view processing times. These are the “longest” they might take, but we do our very best to deliver sooner if possible!
The item size is shown in the item attributes for each listing.
Processing times stack based on the number of items. For example, if you order 3 small items, the processing time will be 3 x 3 = 9 days or less (usually less).

| Small | 3 days | Your average hero, humanoid creatures like orcs, and human-sized monsters. |
| Medium | 4 days | Creatures that have 50mm bases, like adult drakes or a bulette. |
| Large | 6 days | Creatures that have 75mm bases, like young dragons. |
| Huge | 7 days | Creatures that have 75mm bases but are wider and taller than large, like adult dragons. |
| Gargantuan | <12 days | These can have 75mm or 100mm bases depending on the model. Your ancient dragon, or Tiamat are some examples. |
