A half-orc born to a tribe of nomadic Orcs on the run from slavers in the drylands, Gorr as a child witnessed the total slaughter of his family, friends, and everyone he ever knew while he cowered in nearby shrubs with his sister. He promised to his dying mother he would exact absolute vengeance on everyone that had a hand in the slaughter of that fateful day. Having successfully beheaded or gored most of the slavers and soldiers involved across his years of hunting, his sole remaining target is the enemy Field Marshal himself.
