Itsy & Bitsy is a dark fairy-tale 5e adventure set in the cursed Spindlewood, where the heroes encounter Itsy, a tragic spider-touched webling bound by fate to Bitsy, an ancient and ravenous spider-dragon. Bitsy has produced a clutch of true spider-dragon eggs capable of spreading her curse far beyond the forest, and Itsy recruits the party to destroy them before nightfall—while secretly intending to offer the adventurers as Bitsy’s next sacrifice. As the group travels toward the lair, they encounter suffering creatures whose fates force them to decide what mercy really means; those decisions shape Itsy’s trust and can ultimately determine whether she helps the heroes or turns against them when they confront Bitsy and her brood. It combines dark fantasy, fairy-tale horror, moral choices that impact the ending, exploration, and a climactic monster encounter in a story where compassion can matter as much as combat.
