Jackomobi, Glutton of the Blighted Patch – The Gourdmaw

Jackomobi, Glutton of the Blighted Patch – The Gourdmaw Behemoth

Plant Monstrosity (Monster, Boss)

Splitting wide a cavernous, tooth-lined gourd gullet while lashing out with thick suction-cupped vine tentacles, Jackomobi erupts through farmstead barriers with terrifying mass. Sculpted foliate scales encase its bloated bulbous core, while curling tendrils crush wooden paddock fencing into splintered kindling. Keepers designing autumn campaign climaxes, blighted orchard raids, or eldritch harvest horrors will find this Artifact commands the center of the grid with unmatched physical weight and voracious presence.

Tabletop Lore

Deep within the rotting marrow of cursed loam where decades of dark rituals seep into the topsoil, primordial plant horrors gorge upon whatever crosses their perimeter. Jackomobi is the living heart of such blighted nurseries, an ancient parasitic seed grown to monstrous proportions beneath centuries of harvest detritus. Bursting from the earth to devour livestock, wagons, and incautious tracking parties whole, its cavernous maw snaps shut with concussive force while writhing tendrils drag struggling victims down into a churning acidic maw.

Highlight

A colossal botanical terror sculpt featuring an enormous gaping fanged pumpkin mouth, an articulated muscular tongue, thick fluted tentacle arms with suckers, and an integrated shattered farmstead fence plinth.

Encounter Insight

Deploy Jackomobi as a campaign centerpiece boss, a territorial apex predator occupying a ruined orchard, or the horrific guardian spawned at the climax of a harvest coven ritual. In tactical encounters, Keepers can take advantage of its sweeping tentacle reach to grapple frontline defenders and pull vulnerable backline spellcasters into range of its devouring bite, forcing adventurers to scramble around splintered paddock terrain while avoiding crushing sweep attacks.
