Once a renowned mercenary and elite officer within the famed Golden Griffins, Lydia spilt rivers of blood fighting on the front lines of the Liturium War. When the Griffins tragically betrayed their employers, she was captured and tortured, yet managed a daring escape to the duchy of Draksborne, ultimately entering the service of the Duke of Canos. Though she eventually met her end during the devastating Dragonblight plague, her unfettered bloodlust and martial power caught the eye of Horauthin. The deity chose to revive her as an ascended Selvaneri, returning her to the battlefields of Draksborne to execute his divine will.
