The Fallen & Damned – Lost Crusaders
Undead (Fighter, Ranger)
This macabre collection of three skeletal skirmishers features a cohesive squad of reanimated holy soldiers bound to a sinister secondary existence. Outfitted with tattered chainmail cowls, battle-worn armor, longbows, and slung greatswords, these dynamic sculpts project an aggressive, haunting presence on the grid. Keepers can deploy this unified vanguard to surprise adventurers as elite ranged ambushers, desecrated temple sentries, or a tragic faction squad raised from past expeditions.
Tabletop Lore
Those who came before. Soldiers lost to the sands, but not forgotten. These were the earliest members of the Church who came to Sudd Tohst a year prior in search of fragments of Namneri’s Chalice. When they did not return suspicions were raised. Each party sent in search of them fell to whatever peril had claimed the first, though the Church unknowingly were raising an undead army for each failed expedition they sent.
Highlight
The visual success of this three-model warband lies in the intricate, open-mouthed skeletal visages paired with highly detailed structural weaponry, capturing the hollow, eternal malice of an undead battalion.
Encounter Insight
Deploy this trio as a synchronized scouting cell or tactical rear guard covering an unholy ritual site. Their diverse armaments allow Keepers to utilize them for multi-range engagements, leveraging their longbows to rain arrows from elevated terrain before drawing their heavy blades for a desperate close-quarters defensive standoff.
