Freed from captivity years ago, Trenon spent his freedom in dedicated service to many, chasing gold, serving lords, and upholding honor. However, his thoughts remained fixed on his kin who were still enslaved, those he was forced to leave behind. He has since traveled back to the land from where his hands were bound and he was forced into the depths of deadly mines, returning as a hero known as the Chainbreaker. He seeks to see his people freed from oppression, yet his liberating plans have been violently stalled as the local metropolitan hub falls under a severe siege, cutting off his vital audiences with regional lawmakers and councilors.
