Unlike many of her brethren, Yushin was not raised within the cloistered confines of the Cult of the Coiled Serpent. She was bestowed upon the order by the Denmother of the Vyanari—the matriarch of assassins in the land of Yanak Ti. Transferred as part of a grim pact to indebt the cult to her kin, Yushin serves as a living contract, providing her lethal talents whenever called upon while maintaining the calculating independence of her assassin lineage.
