Terms and Conditions for Roll 32

Welcome to Roll 32! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roll 32 (the “Website”), which sells painted tabletop miniatures inspired by Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) and other Tabletop Role Playing Games (TTRPG) themes. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order, Browse, or otherwise using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and Services Roll 32 offers custom-painted tabletop miniatures for TTRPG. Our products are hand-painted items designed for tabletop gaming and collecting.
3. Custom Order Process and Processing Time Many of our miniatures are painted to order. By placing an order, you agree to the processing time required to create and paint your ordered miniatures. This processing time is clearly stated on the product page or can be viewed in the Processing TImes page. We will endeavor to complete and ship your order within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand.
4. Color Representation We strive to display the colors of our painted miniatures as accurately as possible. However, the painted miniature colors shown in the palette on your screen might vary slightly based on individual screen or monitor settings, calibration, and display capabilities. Therefore, the final color of the miniature received might not reflect exactly the color seen on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
5. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout and, if possible, your currency will display during checkout if available. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including shipping costs and applicable taxes).
6. Shipping Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred upon international shipments. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
7. Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return an item in accordance with our returns policy.
8. Intellectual Property Not all models are designed by Roll 32 and the model design, art, and concept belong solely to their original creators and content suppliers. Roll 32 claims no ownership over those models. While our miniatures are inspired by D&D themes, they are not official D&D products and are distinct artistic interpretations.
9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Roll 32, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
