A dark thread is woven in Hinatal, an ancient oasis city where a secretive cult has dug its invisible claws deep into the heart of society. Their motives remain a mystery, but the leaders of the city seek urgent aid in ridding their home of this foul influence before it causes absolute ruin. The proud Sun Elves have suffered much through the past centuries and refuse to let their enduring history be brought to naught at the hands of upjumped zealots. In this chapter of the saga, the party begins as captives within a local prison, only to be suddenly freed by their very captors due to an alleged prophecy passed to a prominent seeress by the celestial sun. Their task, in exchange for permanent freedom, is to uncover the sect whose tendrils wrap around every layer of society and ruthlessly uproot them before the entire regional alliance begins to unravel.
